Account & Security
Your account
Update your personal details, see the email on file, and sign out when you need to.
Introduction
Your account holds the basic personal details DNA uses to identify you: your name, phone number, and email address. Open your account settings and select Account to find them. This page covers what you can change yourself, what is managed elsewhere, and how signing in and out works.
What you can edit
A few fields on your account are yours to update:
First name, middle name, and last name.
Phone number: optional, but helpful if a client or team member needs to reach you directly.
Changes save as soon as you enter them.
Your email
The email on file is the one you signed up with. It is read-only inside DNA because your sign-in is tied to it. If you need to change your email, contact support@dynamicneedsanalysis.com.
Signing in and out
When you land on the sign-in screen, type the email and password you set at signup.
To sign out, open the user menu in the top-right corner and click Sign out. You return to the sign-in page the next time you open DNA.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. A reset link will be sent by email. DNA does not store your password, so there is no password reset option inside the product itself.
Verification and reset emails sometimes land in Outlook's Junk folder. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check Junk, Spam, and Quarantine. See Known issues in Help & Support for more on this.
